As a student at Veritas Academy from kindergarten to senior year I can truly say that the veritas experience, is one that I will always be extremely thankful of. Without it and my wonderful parents as a guide in my younger years, I doubt I would have been just as motivated and passionate about learning as what I am now. My experience has been very different with my friends from public schools. Yet the experience is one that I would not go back and change. I've even learned to love history, literature and theology often, to the same extent as mathematics. This classical approach, similar to the liberal arts college approach, has been very influential in my ability care about learning and thinking critically about topics, that are thrown at me. On top of the academics, is the strong community found in here. My classmates here are more like family, than friends. With that, comes difficulty in relationships from being with them every day. But, this also passively teaches the ability to get along with others, even when it's the last thing you want to do, to see them as brothers and sisters in Christ. It's like a working environment, where you don't escape social encounters that are otherwise easier to avoid in a crowd. I can honestly say that, I get along well with all of my classmates, which has been and will continue to be a blessing for years to come.
We're very grateful for Veritas! One of the factors we considered was there biblical worldview. We're very thankful for the teachers who genuinely care and pray for their students. They also guide them in the way of the Lord. We're very thrilled with the interactive learning style as well. Most themes are based on historical period. They're truly a blessing to our entire family.
We did a thorough research to find a school for our soon to be in kindergarten. As soon as we entered Veritas, we were immediately sold. We really couldn't be happier with our choice. They have strong academics, good sports and arts program, Christ-based morals and values to create "loving, thinking, serving" students. You can see that teachers really love what they're doing. The curriculum is tough and kids really have to work hard but there's also lots of fun and goofy traditions like a confetti parade, field trips, etc. I really can't imagine my child going anywhere else.

We're very blessed to have found Veritas Academy!!! From the biblical perspective to the interactive learning style to the wonderful teachers, I would highly recommend them!
Veritas Academy is a great blend of educational excellence and humility. This school truly live out their mission of cultivating loving, serving and thinking students. I was an elementary teacher before becoming a mother. Therefore, I've been in various schools and in many classrooms. But it's easy to say that the classrooms here are filled with the most joyful learning I've ever seen. The school cultivated a love for learning in our son, as well as the confidence that he can learn and grow. We will always be grateful for the impact this school had on our children. Just attend their kindergarten knighting ceremony or tea party and you'll know that every rich lesson and tradition teaches our children a lot of things at once.
We love Veritas Academy very much. Our children are well loved and challenged to grow academically. I'm utterly amazed that they are learning at such a young age. And while my children are younger, I'm always so impressed with the older children and their composure and wisdom.
