I'm Nancy Baron, a fourth grade teacher at Lawrence Woodmere Academy. One of the most appealing things about teaching here, is the friendship among students, faculty, and administration. Partly, the good student-teacher ratio facilitates this dynamic and numerous workshops, as well as gatherings, that bring the school community together. Also, I've observed that, the philosophy of the school encourages self-exploration and individual excellence. One of my favorite annual events here is the International Day. It's a six-week course of study about a country. It incorporates all the concepts of creative expression and academic learning. Overall, I can't express enough about how great this school is.
My name is Nancy Baron, and I work at Lawrence Woodmere Academy as a fourth-grade teacher. The camaraderie among the students, professors, and administration is what draws me to LWA as a teacher. The student-to-teacher ratio, as well as the numerous workshops and assemblies that bring the school community together, contribute to this dynamic as well. The school's ideology, I've noticed, emphasizes self-expression and individual excellence. International Day, a six-week study of a country, is one of my favorite annual events at LWA. It encompasses all aspects of artistic expression as well as academic instruction. I can't say enough good things about this school!
