As a student from this school, I'm extremely disappointed. I'd actually give them a 2 out of 10. I honestly feel like I didn't learn anything and that the teachers treated me unfairly. They're very dismissive and they simply don't care at all.
My daughter has grown to become a smart, well-rounded woman with two degrees in college and a passion for her family and friends. The curriculum is balanced and kids are taught right from wrong, how to work well in society, and all the best Martin academics they have to offer. Currently, both of my granddaughters are also attending!! Huge thanks to the outstanding teachers, staff, and program!
Our children attended and graduated at First Baptist Christian School. They are now in college. From my perspective as a father, it is important that my children receive an education that is based on biblical principles and whose curriculum prepares them for their future. The teachers here have approached my children's education from a biblical perspective and prepared them well for the future. I've always believed that my number one responsibility to my children is to help them develop a relationship with the Lord and teach them to live a life based on biblical standards. My second greatest responsibility is to prepare them for the realities of our modern economy. The days of being poorly educated, as well as expecting to be able to support a family are sadly over for most people and the opportunities for those who are unprepared will be even bleaker in the days ahead. There will always be plenty of opportunities for those who are willing to take advantage of its availability. Our children attend one of the top ten nationally qualified public universities. Many of their classmates from this school also attended the same school where they are still as close as they were in high school, meeting many times a week and living by biblical standards, of all outward appearances. Our children have been blessed to receive numerous scholarships for college. Once, my wife, myself, and our daughter attended a ceremony for the recipients of one particular scholarship she received. It was held at an exclusive Palm Beach County location. We were sitting at a table with a young woman and her parents. She attended a private school in Palm Beach County, where they paid about four times what we paid for our daughter's education here. When they found out which university my daughter was attending, the young lady had a sad look on her face. It turns out that it was this dream of the young woman who attended the university where my daughter was accepted. However, her entry was denied into the school, as every one of her classmates applied to the university. Overall, My wife and I are very grateful for the help that this school has given us and our children to prepare them for the future. They continue to succeed academically, and most importantly, their faith is the cornerstone of their lives.
