I'm not kidding, Poinciana Christian Preparatory School is horrible and filled with unprofessional, unqualified staff. My child with special needs was subjected to horrible abuse at the hands of this school. What kind of school or person throws a child with special needs in a classroom's corner, surrounded by much older and stranger children he does not know? What kind of organization ignores you and denies a refund when they had your child for the extent of an hour and requested that he'll be removed, because they lied about being equipped to accommodate a child with special needs? Sadly, I made the mistake of enrolling my child here because I trusted the school. Especially since they claimed to be a Christian organization. Boy, I was wrong. Avoid this school at all costs.

Do not send your kids to Poinciana Christian Preparatory School. Their curriculum is not what they describe. Some of the teachers here don't seem to be qualified to handle kids with different diversity. A teacher told my daughter that she can't help her with math challenges because this is above her ability. Another kept saying that my child has attention deficit. My child wasn't diagnosed with this syndrome at all. The teacher's comment is literally bullying my child. I regret sending my kids there. They left my child not knowing anything because, all they were given was pace books without any teachings and their curriculum is not comparable to the state testings or up to par. Your kids will fall behind and they have to repeat a class when you take them out. She calls us at least twice a week to complain about my child and write in her agenda when she does little simple things. Honestly, they cannot handle kids who are active and they are not trained to handle different kids situations and impose extreme accusations without merit. They claimed that they're a Christian based school. But don't be fooled because they handle situations with the most extreme lengths that is not Christ like. The so called teachers are babysitters not teachers. And if the kids are hyper, they think that they are the worst and they don't allow them to be kids, they are less than mediocre in my opinion. Take my word for it, if you want your child to excel, don't go to this school.
