Grace Lutheran School and Church is not only a place for my children to grow and succeed, but also a family. I'm never afraid that my children will not receive a great education during their stay, but they have also made long-time friends and learned so much academically, as well as socially. Overall, I highly recommend this school to anyone who asks.
Our first priority is to ensure that our children attend the Grace Lutheran School. Our lives changed for the better when we decided to go to its open house before my son went to kindergarten. He's now in fifth grade and our daughter is in preschool. It gives us the reassurance that when they go to school every day, they are welcomed and interact with teachers, staff, and students, who truly care about them and their well-being. Where else do you have a teacher coming to your child's sporting event, baptism, or home to visit and deeply worry about when personal events are taking place, whether they are good or bad. Also, I know that they are challenged in a great way. I have compared my son's homework with other children's work at the same level and the challenge is there. But the teacher and assistants are also available to make sure they understand the work and care about my child. Moreover, this school continues to impress our family and friends, even those who do not attend it. I can't imagine my child attending another school. And oh, how dreadful I am of graduation day.
Grace Lutheran School has been a second home for my children for eight years. The administrator, pastors, teachers and staff themselves work as a family unit and become an extended family for their students. I don't think my son would have been as successful at another school because of the attention and concern necessary for him to succeed because of his difficult medical needs. He feels like a normal kid here. My daughter also loves this school. She's intellectually curious by nature and comes home excited every day about what she's learning. Overall, this school is a blessing to my family and our community. I know my children are safe, loved and appreciated here.
I love Grace Lutheran School. I have two kids here. We're in our second year here and about to re-enroll for another one. I can say that, they really take care of the children and their families. I have one child struggling in class and they've gone beyond anything I could've asked for to help him.
