We enrolled our grandson in a preschool program at Trinity Christian Academy. Its tuition fees are much higher than other private or Christian schools and cost more for uniforms. But since it is a Christian school, we thought it would be a great school for our grandchildren. So, we decided to enroll him in kindergarten. I wish I had done more research before enrolling my child here. It seems to me that the school's main objective and priority is profit, not education. For one thing, the emphasis on uniforms is extreme. It's a bit much to be cited for forgetting to fasten your belt or for wearing uniform bottoms that were not purchased here. I guess after three write ups they charge a fee. They charge a fee of $5.00 if your child is late to school more than three times. Also, they charge $24.95 for a polo with a logo which is understandable. But $24.95 for pants or shorts is a bit much in my opinion. I don't know the cost of skirts and dresses though. Also, they require that sweaters and hoodies be worn indoors. And the price is $50. Anyone who has bought uniform pants knows that they can be bought from 8 to 15 dollars, give or take a dollar or two. I'm not sure how these ridiculous fees would have an effect on a child's education. I'm not one to rely on what is said. I always like to give my personal experience. Not everyone will give a great review. I know, I just wish I had read the reviews and done more research before enrolling my grandson here. On the other hand, we are only committed to kindergarten since we now know that the goal, mission, and priority of this school is profit.
